Everything is made for you based on the information you give me in the initial application. I’ll get to know your goals, current life responsibilities, what you have tried, and what you dislike and enjoy doing. I am here to work with you, so I'll be here to listen to what you struggle with and to celebrate your successes. This won’t be a cookie cutter workout program and nutrition plan.
Your plan will be individualized based on:
what equipment you have (IE dumbbells, kettlebells, or a full gym).
Your lifestyle and responsibilities (work, kids, and daily life).
Most importantly YOUR GOALS.
With nutrition there won’t be any set meal plans where I tell you what to eat and when to eat it. I don’t believe this type of plan works long term for you. We will work together to put a plan in place so that you can still eat your favorite foods, you can still eat according to your lifestyle, and you will still see amazing results.
I am here to give you whatever support you need and hold you accountable. There will be weekly check-ins where we can go over what you struggled with, or what to do if you have a vacation coming up.
